If the tools work, why does everyone stall?
Vibecoding is the practice of building software with AI tools, without formal training. It works — until it doesn’t.
The first features land. The login works. Stripe runs. Then you add one more thing and everything else breaks — and the AI cannot tell you why, because nobody was holding the architecture. By feature three, you’re duct-taping. By feature five, you’re paying a developer to finish what you started, or quietly shelving it.
VCF was built to fix that — not with more tutorials, not by teaching you to read code. By teaching the structural thinking that makes AI-assisted building reliable and repeatable, across any model, any prompt, any tool.

Failure modes, not features.
A curriculum that names what stalls — the Collapse, the Black Box, the Handoff — is more useful than one that lists what to build. You learn by recognising patterns you have already lived.
Own what you ship.
A prototype you cannot describe is a prototype you do not own. Everything we teach lets you explain, change, and maintain what AI produced — without the original prompt session.

A small bench of practitioners.
VCF has no faculty, no semester, no graduation. It is a small group of people who built things with AI tools, watched them collapse, and codified what survives.
We write from the chair you sit in: the non-technical founder with the idea and no team, the product manager with a side project and no permission, the marketer who needs a calculator and can’t wait three sprints, the compliance lead who’s been at the bottom of a dev backlog for six months.
Everything we publish has been used on a real project, broken at least once, and rewritten until it stopped breaking. We don’t ship what we haven’t shipped ourselves.
